It was with great sadness we heard of the passing of Mark Leigh Davis. Mark owned and ran Blue Moon Studios just outside Banbury for many years. Mark was brilliant and gave so much to the local music scene and beyond with his recording skills and musicality. We all recorded there on outside projects over the years, and Mark had great recording input on part of Alan Simon’s Excalibur project in which Fairport made up the core band.
